Daniel is a senior associate attorney in our Olympia office, where he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, land use, environmental, construction, and business law around the Thurston and Mason County area.
Daniel has extensive litigation experience representing developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, community associations, as well as individuals and entities in a variety of litigation and transnational matters. Daniel has achieved successful results for clients in jury and bench trials, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, and negotiations.
Daniel grew up in Mason County, and now lives in the Steamboat Island area with his wife and two young children.
Daniel is a gifted litigator who currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association's Litigation Section. Daniel is active in the community involving himself with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington and serving as a volunteer attorney with the Family Support Center of South Sound.
